Healing CFS/ME from the comfort of your home
Healing CFS/ME from the comfort of your home

This blog was created to guide individuals worldwide in finding free health answers. It originated from a personal experience with fibromyalgia/neurological pain, chronic fatigue, and Lyme disease, with the aim of helping others avoid similar challenges.

I promised to share our journey once my daughter recovered. However, I notice a persistent issue: the focus is on medicalization, emphasizing diagnosis and symptom management, without addressing underlying causes. By the time people find this blog, they've often lost hope. Today's health treatments are so disconnected from true well-being that it's surprising anyone survives, let alone thrives.

Shock treatment and removal of vital organs?

Unfortunately, this is the path that treatment has taken. During my nursing days, my initial cases of CFS involved standard treatments like shock therapy, antidepressants, and hysterectomies for women. CFS is NOT depression, nor is it a female issue.

In 2006, when my daughter fell ill, we spent nearly three years consulting around 20 doctors, clinics, and hospitals. Eventually, I realized I had to manage her care myself, despite it being against the rules. This situation echoed a familiar professional sentiment: 'this is what I have prepared for throughout my career.'

Medical treatment involved anti-depressants, addictive painkillers, and the threat of mental health system admission, which we declined. My daughter wasn't depressed; she was just tired of being unwell. Whenever she cried out of frustration, she was told she had depression.

Dear doctor, if you experienced intense pain and had enlarged abdominal organs affecting your ability to eat or breathe, would you feel 'happy' enough to satisfy those who ask the same questions repeatedly?

If you suffered from neurological pain like acid on your skull, severe energy depletion needing help to walk or use the toilet, and were told it's all in your mind and you need addictive drugs to be happy, would you feel 'happy' or also cry?

Or perhaps you would feel angry when well-meaning family and friends asked you each and every time you saw them, "Are you STILL sick? Don't you think it's time you got over it?"

Our decision to adopt a high raw, organic, plant-based diet was mocked, and I faced criticism for not vaccinating my children, with claims that this choice led to disease. My children didn't receive the flu vaccine, which is linked to autoimmune diseases and myalgia. Despite our organic lifestyle, they were still exposed to chemicals. Vaccine injuries had previously impacted my family, resulting in DNA damage and subsequent cancer and autoimmune disorders in our children.

One doctor actually Googled CFS/ME in front of us, as he had never treated it.

The doctor sent her home in a wheelchair, advising us to "Prepare for the worst. If she stops breathing again tonight, bring her back. She may not survive the night. If she does, take her to your doctor as we cannot treat her." We were left with a teenager who might not make it through the night, without a solution. Earlier that day, at the local welfare office, we tried to recover lost money since I couldn't work due to her needing constant care, and I didn't qualify for a carer's allowance. She collapsed, crying and shaking, as people, some appearing to be drug addicts, laughed and stepped over her, making inappropriate comments about drugs.

I stood there in tears for her, and at that moment, I promised to share any answers I discovered once I found them. I apologize to those who continue to struggle and lack support because the illness doesn't attract enough sympathy, funding, or attention. I hope the list below will help clarify things.

The effort to make one doctor's visit can have repercussions for days

The reality is that if you had cancer or another well-known and widely supported illness, you would receive some level of support and understanding. How long does it take you to recover after each visit to a doctor or other healthcare provider? My daughter typically needed an average of three days confined to bed, during which she couldn't eat, had to stay in the dark, and experienced intense pain.

To avoid the stress of scheduling and attending appointments, along with recovery days, consider ordering recovery essentials from home. Ideally, your support network can manage groceries and other needs. A dedicated service in each city would be ideal, but this requires more awareness and transparency in treatment. Despite advocacy efforts, there has been little interest from governments and health systems. Many support networks are made up of sufferers or former sufferers without external support.

It's encouraging to know that I've helped numerous patients worldwide, whom I've never met, regain their health despite lacking a strong support network or unlimited financial resources. These individuals had previously exhausted their life savings and spent years in the system without success. Nearly every day, someone reaches out to thank me for the protocol.

So what is CFS, really?

A syndrome is characterized by a combination of symptoms that don't align with established disease models, and this is also true for CFS. It consists of a collection of seemingly unrelated symptoms, indicating that medicine has yet to identify a specific disease cause or associated patents. In reality, there isn't a single cause.

Observed and treated triggers/causes include:

  • Insect bites/stings (such as Ross River, Lyme, etc.)

  • Vaccinosis or side effects from medications

  • Surgery and allergies to nickel & titanium (interestingly, this is not recognized in conventional medicine, and like many natural assessment and treatment methods, it requires seeking answers outside of traditional medicine, often at personal expense)

  • Hormonal damage (affecting adrenals, thyroid, pituitary, ovaries, gonads, etc.)

  • Allergies triggered by parental toxicity or environmental damage, including heavy metals

  • Parasitic infestations or mold toxicity/allergy

  • Major deficiencies and injuries, which can be a combination of two or more factors

  • Epstein Barr virus or the flu

If you haven't received a diagnosis yet, take a moment to reflect. The underlying desire for a diagnosis and validation merely confirms what you already understand—it won't provide a miraculous solution. You also shouldn't have to endure the lengthy and often unsuccessful process of obtaining one through the medical system.

The stages of recognising and treating most auto immune illness

  • Stage one - comprehending invisible illnesses. There is no single cause, and no miracle cure will 'resolve' it. It is a harmful assault that has gradually emerged, often linked to trauma, impacting your nervous system & essential organs, thereby influencing all facets of your health. Often misdiagnosed for years, significant time may have elapsed, permitting symptoms to escalate unnecessarily. Have you encountered pharmaceutical or environmental/industrial toxins or chemicals? (Perhaps your decline began after a vaccine, medication or treatment?)

  • Stage two - beginning the appropriate detox (including heavy metal detox), along with the right diet and lifestyle, is just as crucial as taking the correct supplements. There are numerous straightforward tips, such as using the common herbs ginger & slippery elm to alleviate abdominal inflammation, pain & hormone imbalance. It's important for your support network to understand your illness, as most people struggle to fully comprehend it unless they have experienced it themselves or know what it entails. (Do you notice that after certain foods or exposures, you feel worse? Could you be also struggling with pyroluria? This could explain heavy metal toxicity, adrenal issues & so much more).

  • Stage three - The multitude of diets available, especially those targeting invisible diseases, can be overwhelming and may eventually lead to feeling unwell. Invisible diseases are rooted in inflammation. Consider this: acid leads to swelling and inflammation, which are connected to all forms of pain and illness. So, what triggers illness? Mainly what we consume, but also what we apply to our bodies, our mental processes, and stress levels. How can you transform your body from an acidic, inflamed, and painful state to a pH-neutral, calm, pain-free, and healthy individual? There is no alkaline pill, no magic vaccine that is going to change things if you make no other changes. If you live acidic, you live with inflammation. Most newcomers argue with this, yet eventually they get it. So how do you trust what is the correct diet, and how do you learn how to pull it all into one cohesive program? (Do you have inflammation from a low pH? Have you even TESTED your pH?)

  • Stage four - selecting the right medications - While I support using analgesics for relief and sleep, they are not an ideal treatment due to their addictive nature and numerous side effects, including the risk of death. They can be beneficial for short-term or occasional use. After investing in excellent supplements, I began exploring specific biochemical research, as pharmaceuticals do not address the underlying causes or molecular health issues of symptoms. (Do you know over 90% of people have some form of deficiency that there is no medical test for?)

  • Stage five - this concludes all the additional tips and ideas that offer numerous benefits and can enhance the effectiveness of the previous steps.

    1. Gluten sensitivity (rare) or RoundUp toxicity (common)

    2. Mould toxicity and sensitivity may be a factor in all cases of autoimmune disease.

    3. Hormone imbalance is a significant factor in invisible diseases such as lupus, ALS, MS, MD, and more. It is one of the most poorly managed health areas.

    4. What about the ongoing debates regarding the effectiveness of natural therapies? This has been a cleverly constructed narrative with little truth, driven by fear and money—why do so many accept a grim prognosis without even attempting alternatives?

    5. What about pain relief? Why are so many autoimmune disease sufferers now classified as drug addicts?

    6. What about frequency? The vibration of chronic and autoimmune diseases is so low that it's surprising life persists. By raising your vibration, healing is literally possible (see link below).
